The academic year of Jamia Hazrat Fatima is from Shawwal to Shaban. Therefore, the admission will be held only in Shawwal. There are a few conditions for admission to this Jamia. It is necessary for everyone to abide by the following:
Admission will be granted only after the admission test and to the class which the students qualifies for.
In case of ineligibility, the admission will be denied and no recommendation will be accepted.
The admission form will be available online which can be filled online and by visiting the office as well.
There will be the facility of both online and offline payment of fee etc.
Father or other legal guardian must be present at the time of admission
If the father or the guardian is summoned by the Jamia in any sudden situation, they have to be present as soon as possible.
Once in a year there will be a meeting of the guardians/parents with the officials of the Jamia in which their attendance is mandatory.
