Girls are girls anyway, be it at home or in the institutions, they need someone as a guardian and caretaker who lets them understand the importance of time, helps them take interest in learning while understanding the benefits of training and guides them to adapt to the Islamic manners and etiquettes. The Jamia will obtain the service of such an aged and Aalima/Fazila lady to discharge the duty as a Caretaker. She should be watchful during teaching hours and also keep an eye on them during their free time. She should be able to help the students solve difficult problems of their lessons and tell the stories and historical incidents of renowned Muslim women before going to sleep every night so that these girls may develop a sense of affection for these women and try to follow them in their lives.
